I’m a native New Yorker with a deep love for nature. After many years of brand & event marketing in a corporate environment and typical urban lifestyle, it became crystal clear when it was no longer aligned with my body or mind. With the courage of my spirit guiding me, I took a leap away to tune into what I needed to do for my personal growth. It was time to feed my heart and explore my curiosity of the human body -- the beauty of its functions and movement -- and to transform this knowledge to help others. I navigated the concrete jungle from the corporate world into a quest of health & wellness that eventually brought me to the rainforest in Central America.  

Over the past two decades I have studied many eastern and western therapeutic healing modalities to serve from newborn to elderly; new mothers, professional and avid athletic bodies, actors, musicians and more. Under the guidance of master shamanic healing teachers, I trained in the jungles of Belize, on the coastline of the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico, and continue to learn ancient indigenous wisdom in the majestic Andes mountains of Peru. I have woven and layered the energy and hands-on healing into my other practices as a Registered Yoga Teacher, Intuitive Movement Guide and a Certified Sound Practitioner. I welcome all demographics and walks of life; anyone seeking to develop a deeper connection with their body, mind & spirit.

In 2015, I attuned to a more nomadic, flexible lifestyle which allows me time and space to nurture myself, and the freedom to expand in new and deeper connections with global teachers, family, friends and communities. I am currently working remotely which allows me to continue traveling for retreats, special events and transformational experiences… all while enjoying life fully moment by moment.
